After a day of recovery from our Turner holiday, we reunited for a casual la fresco dining - burger style. The kids loved seeing each other again and the paddling pool was a hit. Geeze it was hot today! Over 30 degrees.

New Year's Eve... It rained so we cancelled our bbq and hung out with family in Ngaio. Hiding under desks, showing Milla how to jump, sharing Ali, bus rolling, peppa snap... The list goes on. I'm pooped and it's only 8pm. Olive cried all the way home as she didn't want to leave. I hate to think how she is going to be after the cousins go back to Auz.

The Christmas decoration that cost $30. Olive was still recovering from her nasty tummy bug and grandad made the fatal mistake of not checking the price and no it isn't made of gold, tin it would seem. Thanks grandad and nan!

We did our annual walk around the Mount with Iris asleep in the front pack and lady olive in the buggy. She eventually got out and walked a quarter of the way all for a yummy smoothie reward.
