Olive has settled into play group nicely. She's happy to be dropped off both days and she's starting to get into all the activities and be chatty with the ladies. She even ate some lunch for the first time today! Our little girl is becoming more independent by the day. |

Got into painting on her hands and hand printing everything in sight. Doing a lot better sitting at morning tea and taking her lunchbox back to the trolley when she finished. |
We love giving cuddles and kisses (with sound effect) right on the lips lately, I do encourage it, so lovely to have my baby cuddle me. |
With a week of rain and another forecast we are bring out the big guns. After olive helped paint a test pot for pixels room, we extended it to her paint. Olive loved painting her hands (as it tickles!) and making hand prints. |

We ventured out to Huka Falls where jumping in muddy puddles was way more fun than watching the fast flowing waterfall! |

We had a fun Easter weekend in Taupo. Olive continued her no nap policy even during the 6.5hr drive there and 6hr drive home - luckily she slept well at night. We managed to enjoy some sunshine in between the rain. The kids had a great time mucking around together - Olive and Violet playing their "that's mine" game was a laugh. |

Easter egg hunt! They were so cute, spotting eggs (with help) and running over to collect them but mostly so excited about putting them in the picnic basket. Olive enjoyed the act of unwrapping the eggs but took one bite and gave to mummy. Alex, knew what it was all about! And violet did too. |

Olive really got into this toy from the library. She spent long periods just pushing the buttons and dancing. So cute. |
Lately Olive is climbing over everything, jumping on everything and even skipping at times. She always has to jump down the last step. She is very confident on her feet. She love playing catch with her hands out ready and kicking the ball around spontaneously. |
Olive decided to play hide and seek. She disappeared for about 5mins so I went to seek her out, found her hiding in our bedroom corner, then I said hide again, this time she went behind the couch, giggling when I said 'where is olive' lastly the curtain was a favourite, sitting behind it for a good 20mins, even when I had found her half a dozen times. |
