The gully walk to the botanicals, swing on the great oak, G&T and beer as the sun goes down, super toasty rooms with all the doors open, a lawn to play any game on, maple by the wood shed, Lyon barking at everyone who passes, zorro, who wanted a pat from everyone who passes, lovely bike tracks, Mt Tauhara climb, Apple trees, oak leaf fun in autumn and sleeping in pure silence and waking well rested.
